Cocktail waitress Cheryl Haase has problems with her feet on a daily basis due to wearing heels on the job. “Most of us girls have been here for 20 years, 15 years. Achilles tendon – stretching the foot out flat on the floor, will relax the calf muscles and tendon. These exercises can be performed almost anywhere. Make sure you add these exercises to your daily regimen.
