Daniel J. Waltuch, D.P.M.

Dr. Waltuch is a Board Certified Podiatrist by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is currently on staff and operates at Hackensack University Medical Center, Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, and Pascack Valley Medical Center. Dr. Waltuch graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts. He then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his 3-year Foot & Ankle Surgical Residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in Long Island, NY. Dr. Waltuch is well trained in all aspects of Podiatry, both conservative and surgical, with a focus in Pediatric Conditions (such as flat foot and in-toe), Sports Medicine, Wounds, and Diabetic Foot Care. Dr. Waltuch lives in Bergen County with his wife and children.


Dr. Bianca Karmaker, D.P.M.

Bianca R. Karmaker, D.P.M., is board-qualified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Karmaker earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drexel University and later received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a comprehensive three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery, including advanced training in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. During her residency at this Level 1 trauma center, Dr. Karmaker gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.

Dr. Karmaker offers both conservative and surgical treatments for a variety of conditions, with a particular focus on reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, flatfoot deformities, bunion corrections, sports medicine, traumatic injuries, tendon and ligament issues, and wound care/limb salvage procedures.

Committed to patient education and personalized care, Dr. Karmaker values listening to her patients to ensure they receive the best possible treatment. Our practice employs the latest technology, including on-site X-ray and ultrasound, to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Karmaker enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new restaurants, cooking Bengali cuisine, and practicing Indian classical dance.


Henry Slomowitz, D.P.M. Emeritus

Dr. Henry Slomowitz Foot Doctor in Ridgewood and Hackensack, NJDr. Slomowitz was appointed chief of podiatry at St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson New Jersey in 1988 and he still currently holds that position. He has not only pioneered a new method of treating heel pain non-surgically in the office called Radio Frequency Lesioning, he also helped design the machine to do it. Diagnostic Ultrasound is new to the podiatry field in general. Dr. Henry Slomowitz has been using this modality for over 10 years and now trains doctors around the country in its use to diagnose problems not seen well with a standard x-ray. He was one of the first group of doctors in New jersey to use Laser to treat toenail fungus.
